Not gonna lie, parking at Kersey Valley was easy. We got in, found a spot without much waiting, and it made the whole start of the visit way less stressful. Leaving took a few minutes, but it wasn’t bad at all. Overall, the setup was smooth and worked well.

The place itself was fine, but the staff made the whole visit feel kind of awkward. A couple of them were short with us, and every time we asked a normal question it felt like we were creating extra work for them. Nothing major went wrong, but it definitely didn’t feel very welcoming. For what we paid, I expected a better attitude and not to feel like a hassle just for needing basic help.

I went to Kersey Valley with my family, we had a really good time. I felt safe the whole visit. The staff were paying attention to the lines, double-checking harnesses, and explaining the rules clearly before each activity, which made everything feel more relaxed and not so “rushed.”
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few areas got a little crowded, and some signs could’ve been easier to spot. But as far as safety goes, they seemed to take it “seriously,” and we’d definitely go back

Overall, I found it easy to use and didn’t have much trouble getting around. It felt accessible enough, though a few of the buttons were a little small and took some extra effort to tap. Still, I’m glad it was mostly smooth because that makes such a difference when you just want something to work without feeling frustrated

I went on a really busy night and it felt like there wasn’t much of a plan for the lines. People were jumping ahead, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the whole entry area got Way too packed. The idea itself is fun, but the crowd control made the night more stressful than it needed to be...
